simplified into 8 coordinated videos so that you avoid having to sift
through dozens of disjointed workout videos in an effort to maintain total
PROGRESS: Work toward
real results and see yourself improve on the exercises over a month. Follow our

MOTIVATION: A new program will be uploaded next month, which means that
after progressing with the 8 videos for the month, you then skip the boredom
and fitness plateaus by tackling new workouts next month.
RELIABILITY: On the 1st day of every month, a complete NEW workout system of 8 coordinated videos is uploaded, but you can sign up anytime within the month to access unlimited plays of the workouts for the remainder of the month.
